Consequently, churches are closing at a rate comparable to new openings. So while church planting remains vital, there is an equally pressing need to help existing churches flourish for gospel proclamation to the ends of the earth.
This is where we come in.
Drawing upon proven methodologies pioneered by esteemed leaders such as Patrick Lencioni (Table Group, Working Genius, The Advantage), Townsend and Cloud (Boundaries, How People Grow, The Power of the Other), and others, we are steadfastly committed to cultivating healthy and sustainable churches.
While we are privileged to serve larger, well-resourced congregations, our vision transcends these boundaries. The typical American church - consisting of approximately 70 individuals - is the heart of local faith communities.
It is our earnest desire to equip these congregations, too. Unfortunately, many cannot afford the help we want to provide.
This is where you come in.
Our endowment is a catalyst that allows you - individuals and institutions who share our passion - to alleviate financial barriers on behalf of others. Your generosity facilitates essential services such as travel, assessments, curriculum development, and consultant fees.
Our objective is to serve 100 churches annually through organizational health offsites, teaminars, and fractional leadership engagements. This year, our fundraising target is $500,000.
